Ruth's Chris offers two distinctive private dining rooms. In addition, we are able to accommodate larger groups in our main dining room. Ruth's Chris Denver is available for your private party, banquet, meeting, reception, or other event Monday through Saturday from 4:30 PM to 11:30 PM, and Sunday from 4:30 PM to 9:30 PM. At Ruth's Chris we are proud to offer two distinctive private dining rooms to suit your guest's needs. If there is a specific type of event that you have in mind please let us know. In addition, we are able to accommodate larger groups in our main dining room. Avalanche Room: The larger of our two rooms is a favorite team dining room of the Stanley Cup Champions Colorado Avalanche. This room proudly features a 35-inch TV and VCR, perfect for viewing sporting events. Elegant yet not overstated, this room features walls of beveled glass and cabinets displaying selections from our award winning wine list. This room is perfect for groups from 18 to 30 guests. Bodega Room: Our most elegant dinning room features large comfortable chairs, mirrored walls and a view of our wine cellar proudly displaying over 300 selections. This intimate setting is perfect for business dinners as well as family get-togethers. This room is best suited for parties of 12 to 18 guests. Large / Semi-Private Groups: In addition to our private banquets rooms, Ruth's Chris can accommodate larger groups in a semi-private atmosphere utilizing our main dining room. Audio / Visual: Ruth's Chris offers free use of our TV and VCR (in AVALANCHE room only). For parties requiring additional audio / visual equipment, Ruth's Chris can arrange for a large variety of a/v equipment or you may bring your own. Rental audio-visual, centerpieces, cakes, etc., are available with an advance seven day notice.
